About me
Do you ever feel like you're holding your breath waiting for something to go wrong - even when everything seems fine on the surface?
Or maybe you keep finding yourself in the same patterns, unsure why they're there, no matter what you do, it feels impossible to break?
Consistently stuck in your head - overthinking everything or second guessing yourself? Unable to shake the feeling of not being good enough or sure of yourself? Let’s not forget about how debilitating shame can be.
You want to feel grounded, confident and at ease — but it's hard to know where to begin. That's okay; you don't have to figure it out alone.
It's important to find a therapist you can trust - someone you feel comfortable with, who truly sees you, hears you and meets you where you are.
How I work
I'm Chaneille, an integrative Psychotherapist, and I would be honoured to help. I support clients to find a path towards self-awareness, healing and personal growth through the shifting of patterns, perspectives and cycles at their own pace. My specialities are relational trauma, self-identity and grief.
Together, we will take a compassionate look beneath the surface to understand what you have been through and how it has shaped how you experience the world. Whether you are carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating complicated family dynamic, the complexity of grief or struggling depression or self-doubt, I'll be there with you.
Therapy isn't about being perfect. It's about getting to know yourself more deeply, make room for all parts of yourself and reconnecting with your inner strength and resilience.
Let’s find who you truly are underneath all the noise of the world. With my warm and deeply empathic approach, my goal is to meet you where you are. This environment allows you to be you, in a space that is nourishing and encourages you to become more self-aware and take the steps needed to become the most authentic version of yourself.

My Approach
It’s so important to be adaptable for each client. Everyone has different needs. As a integrative therapist, I believe therapy is not a ‘one-size-fits-all’, I actively personalise our sessions so you can get the most out of them.
As an integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from different modalities for your needs:
- Person Centred Therapy (PCT) - I create a warm environment for the safe exploration of your thoughts and feelings void of judgement. This approach operates on the belief that you know yourself best.
- Attachment Theory - how our early relationships may have impacted our emotional-wellbeing.
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) -The identification and challenging of negative thinking patterns with the use of practical tools
- Transactional Analysis (TA) - Understanding how we navigate and interact in our relationships with others through communication and the roles we play.
- Compassionate Focused Therapy (CFT) - Inviting in self-compassion towards yourself
*I offer online therapy to adults aged 18 and above.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
