About me

Jungian analyst and experienced couple & individual psychotherapist - Enfield, Greater London

I am a Jungian analyst (Society of Analytical Psychology) and senior couple and individual psychotherapist (Tavistock Relationships) based in Enfield, Greater London. I offer in-person and online sessions for couples, adults (20-64) and older adults (65+).

Analysis (4-5 times weekly) offers the space and time to gain a richer and deeper sense of yourself, your direction in life, work, and relationships and a more creative way of living. It can also be helpful where there are stuck patterns of relating, including difficulties with trust and closeness.

Reduced fees are available for analysis.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space in which to explore difficulties, develop resilience, and a clearer sense both of who you are and of what you want out of life.  I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, and family issues, as well as those who want to explore themselves at depth.

My practice is easily accessible from Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Stevenage, South Woodford, Essex, North  London, Barnet, Finchley, Golders Green, Harringay, Hornsey, Alexandra Palace, Grange Park, Palmers Green, Hampstead, Potters Bar, Brookmans Park, South Mimms, Waltham Cross,  Oakwood, Cockfosters, Southgate and Winchmore Hill .
