About me
Hello,
Anxiety, stress, overwhelm, bereavement, abuse affect people differently and we can’t always deal with it on our own.
Please come and talk to me. Let me support you.
I work with people of all ages, addressing a wide variety of issues including General Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Panic attacks, Relationship issues, different types of Abuse and the impact these have on day to day life.
some people only need/ want a few sessions whilst others continue for more long term work. This is your choice.
I have seen many people who experience anxiety, relationship issues, depression and panic disorder really benefit from the counselling process as they begin to feel in greater control of their own life.
It takes commitment but Talking to a counsellor can help you make the changes you decide are needed to enjoy life and feel contentment.
Talking to and sharing ideas with someone who listens without judging can help you gain confidence, develop a better understanding of you as a person and learn about what you want from your life and how you might achieve that.
My thorough training and years of continued professional development enables me to work with people on an individual basis focusing on each person’s unique needs.
Here you can talk in a safe confidential space and explore whatever is troubling you freely and at your own pace.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
