About me
I am a qualified counsellor based in the Central Belt of Scotland, working with individuals aged 16+. I offer face-to-face counselling, online counselling, and telephone counselling. I also offer walk and talk counselling, for those who find it easier to talk while outdoors.
I can help with issues including anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, loss, trauma, difficulties in relationships (whether this be with your partner, your friends, your parents or your kids), and perinatal mental health.
Using a person-centred approach during my sessions, I value each person as a unique individual, and so will work together with them in the way that best suits them, drawing on different styles of counselling.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered member of COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland), and adhere to their ethical framework and complaints policy. I have regular supervision and I remain fully committed to my ongoing continued professional development, including specialist training in Breathing for Calm.
