About me

I am an experienced person-centred counsellor. I bring a humanistic approach to each person, believing that given the right conditions, everyone can reach their full potential and work towards becoming their true self. Person-centred counselling is client-led, which means sessions will be led by you with me working alongside you to explore your behaviours, thoughts and feelings. This may include your past, how you feel today and how you see your future.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you will be heard, treated with empathy, compassion, and understanding. We can work together to explore your thoughts and feelings on a deeper level whilst giving you the autonomy to help you find your own personal solutions to situations and work towards self-healing and meaningful change.

It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support when life feels heavy and looking for the right counsellor can be very daunting. I can reassure you that if we work together we can build a trusting relationship where you feel completely free to be who you are.
