About me
Are you feeling stressed, anxious, low in confidence, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that aren't serving you? At Find Me Time Counselling, I provide a warm, supportive space where you can speak openly, be heard, and start to make sense of what's going on for you.
Our sessions offer a safe, non-judgemental environment to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together, we'll gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and help you navigate life's challenges in a way that feels right for you.
I believe in the power of being truly listened to. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on helping you find your own solutions while building self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.
Sessions take place in my home-based therapy room, designed to feel calm, welcoming, and comfortable. I also offer flexible appointment times to fit around your life, making it easier to prioritise your wellbeing.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but when you're ready, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, and I am currently continuing my professional development towards becoming a Psychotherapist.
My training in integrative counselling allows me to draw on different therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to you as an individual, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I believe that everyone’s experiences, needs and ways of understanding themselves are different, and our sessions should reflect that.
I am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and work in accordance with their Code of Ethical Practice. I am also a registered member of UKATA and am committed to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
I am trauma-informed and neurodiversity-informed, with experience supporting adults and teenagers with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement, addiction and a range of life challenges.
I am DBS checked, fully insured and professionally supervised by a UKCP Registered Supervisor. I take my professional responsibilities seriously and aim to provide a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
