About me
About Me
You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, addiction, trauma or abuse, ADHD or neurodiversity — or simply feeling like something isn't quite right — therapy can help. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where we work at your pace, toward a life that feels more like yours.
How I Work
My approach draws on two complementary frameworks. Transactional Analysis helps us understand why we think, feel and behave the way we do, giving you real insight into your patterns and choices. A psychodynamic lens then helps us look at how your past is shaping your present, often in ways you haven't yet recognised. Together, these approaches don't just help you understand yourself - they help you change.
I've spent over a decade working in mental health services, with survivors of sexual abuse, children and young people, people experiencing homelessness, addiction, and complex trauma. Before that, I built a career in theatre, arts and media - worlds that taught me to listen closely and take human stories seriously. That curiosity about people, about what makes us who we are, is at the heart of everything I do.
Let's Talk
The first step is a free, no-obligation 30-minute phone call. This is a chance for us to connect, for you to share what's brought you to this point, and for both of us to see whether working together feels right. There's no pressure and no commitment.
