About me

I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel genuinely heard - without judgement or pressure - working together for meaningful change.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or unsure of yourself. Perhaps you're dealing with low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life changes, loss, or a sense that something just isn't right. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to work through it alone.

As a person-centred counsellor, I believe you are the expert in your own life. I can help you to explore your thoughts and feelings, at your own pace, so you can gain clarity, confidence and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Clients often come to me when they:

  • feel anxious, low or emotionally drained
  • struggle with self-worth or confidence
  • find relationships challenging
  • are going through life changes or loss
  • feel stuck and unsure how to move forward.

In our sessions, you can expect a calm, accepting environment where you can be yourself. Over time, this can help you feel more grounded, help you make sense of your experiences, and help you navigate your life in a way that feels right for you.

I offer in-person, online and walk and talk sessions in Exeter, and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have before getting started.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Theory and Therapeutic Practice from Exeter College and am an Accredited Registrant with the NCPS.

I have experience of working with adults in private practice as well as volunteering at a low cost counselling service, supporting clients with a range of issues including: anxiety, loss, low mood, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties and trauma.

My background in education has also given me valuable insight into working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
