About me
Hello, I am aware how daunting it can be to reach out for support, so thank you for viewing my profile. I believe every person benefits from a safe, non-judgmental environment where they can gently explore past experiences or long held patterns that no longer support them.
I became a person-centred counsellor several years ago after more than twenty years of teaching. In order to learn or even to enjoy and make the most from each day, we need to be ‘at one' with ourselves, and yet this can be very difficult when faced with some of the difficulties which arise in our lives.
Whether dealing with anxiety, bereavement, depression, relationships, eating disorders or feelings which overwhelm, I offer a space, where together we can explore any issues you wish to bring, and find the right path for you so that you can begin to enjoy what life offers you.
