About me

I work as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and a Dramatherapist.

My approach embraces many forms of therapy, but my focus is entirely on being alongside my clients. I aim to offer a discrete, respectful, and truly individual service. I work with conventional talking therapy, and can also offer a more creative approach if appropriate. I try to encourage the client to work with self-compassion and curiosity in order to find the answers and strategies they need.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
