About me

Welcome, I am Caroline, a fully qualified integrative counsellor based at Body and Mind Centre, Brixton, London, using person-centred and psychodynamic approaches to counselling.

I believe that each client is unique with their own different feelings and experiences. Using my person-centred approach, I listen with empathy and accept who you are regardless of differences so you can feel free to express your thoughts and emotions at your own pace without feeling judged. I can support you on your journey as you explore and connect with your own inner values and self-esteem.

Using psychodynamic counselling, I can help you to see how your past affects your present thoughts and feelings. This can help make sense of difficulties you may be experiencing - to empower you to work towards personal growth and self-awareness.

I am a counsellor at the Body and Mind Centre, registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP membership number 00917164) and adhere to their ethical framework to ensure that I work safely, ethically and professionally in my practice.

If you are interested in booking counselling sessions or finding out more about how we can work together, please send me an email just here.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
