About me
People often tell me they feel an immediate sense of relief sitting with me. I am real, straightforward and genuinely interested in you as a person, not a problem to be fixed. Our work is about helping you reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and feel more like you again.
I draw on person centred and integrative approaches, always led by what you need rather than a one size fits all method. My background as a young carer and my experience of difference and neurodiversity shape my compassionate, grounded way of working. I welcome all the parts of you, even the ones you find most difficult.
If something in this resonates, you are very welcome to get in touch and we can talk about what support might look like for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I bring a colourful background of experience supporting people from all walks of life. My clients have sought support for issues such as narcissistic relationships, affairs, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and much more. I am trauma-trained, and my approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. Where appropriate, I may draw on a flexible toolkit that may include Transactional Analysis, mindfulness, grounding techniques, cognitive-behavioural strategies, and reflective exercises to help clients explore, understand, and grow.
