About me
I am a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, and qualified at L5 as a psychotherapeutic counsellor.
In my private practice, I work with clients from my quiet and comfortable consulting room, face to face, and I also offer telephone and online counselling. My aim is to create a safe, welcoming and professional space, and to support my clients to achieve lasting and positive change. I also work with a Kent based charity offering trauma based counselling to anyone affected by crime.
My employment background has always been working directly with people, and includes many years with national charities supporting victims and witnesses of crime, and some time working as a self-employed leather restorer and upholsterer.
I can be contacted on Thursdays if you would like to book an introductory call, and I will respond to emails on the same day if possible, and certainly aim to do so within 48 hours.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
