About me

Hi, I'm Bianca! As a BACP registered therapist with a BSc in Counselling, I'm passionate about creating a warm, judgment-free space where you can be unapologetically yourself. I offer both online therapy and in-person sessions in Finsbury Park, North London, providing flexible support for your unique journey.

My Therapeutic Approach
I blend person-centered therapy, psychodynamic techniques, and CBT approaches to create a truly integrative therapeutic experience. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor our work together to match your specific needs and preferences. I incorporate creative and somatic practices when helpful, as these can be powerful tools for self-discovery and healing.

What Clients Say
(Names have been changed and permissions granted to protect client confidentiality.)

Sam: "Through my therapeutic journey with Bianca, I discovered layers of myself I hadn't previously recognized. Her intuitive approach to working with neurodivergent minds created a space where I could explore without judgment. The transformation has been profound - from struggling with sensory overwhelm and masking, to developing a genuine appreciation for my unique way of experiencing the world. Her methods have helped me craft sustainable strategies for both personal wellbeing and professional success."

Alex: "I was pretty nervous about therapy after my autism diagnosis but Bianca totally gets it. No weird therapy speak or judgment - just practical help and real understanding. She's helped me sort out work drama and relationship stuff I thought I'd never figure out. Best money I've ever spent tbh!"

James: "Work was doing my head in when I started - couldn't even enjoy my weekends anymore. Bianca's straight-talking but kind approach was exactly what I needed. She helped me spot my patterns and actually do something about them. Not gonna lie, it's properly changed my life."

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
