About me

Hello and welcome. I am a qualified integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, accredited and registered with the UKCP. I hold a BSc (Hons) and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative counselling.

Being an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor means I employ a blend of different counselling theories and schools of thought which are tailored to you as a unique individual. I will work collaboratively with you and encourage curiosity to bring a deeper awareness of how you experience yourself, the world and others. Helping you explore your experiences without judgement to achieve a better understanding of the difficulties you are facing.

I work holistically and creatively to find ways of expressing things which often go beyond words.

I offer a warm, empathic, non-judgmental space for either long or short term counselling. I have extensive experience and expertise in working with childhood trauma, domestic and sexual abuse and how its legacy can impact life today.

I provide safe and confidential 1-1 in person counselling to individuals 18+ in Norwich. Working ethically is extremely important to me, and I am guided by the UKCP Code of Ethics.

Let us work together to remodel your struggles into opportunities for growth, enabling you to thrive and achieve to your fullest potential.

Please contact me by email to organise a 15 minute phone call to see if we can work together, to answer any questions or arrange an initial appointment.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a UKCP accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling.

Over the past 5 years, I have supported clients who have experienced sexual abuse and complex trauma. I have a particular interest in childhood trauma and attachment issues. I have been deeply humbled by this work and it has taught me the importance of safety and compassion in the counselling room. This work continues through my work for a local charity.
