About me
Do you sometimes worry that you are both too much, and not enough? You might feel stuck in old patterns and unable to change them, or find yourself struggling in work or relationships. You might know exactly what’s wrong, or have no idea, but simply sense that something doesn’t feel quite right.
Life can feel difficult at times, and having somewhere you can talk openly, without worrying about upsetting someone or being judged, can help take some of the weight off your shoulders. Human beings and all our emotions can be complicated; there might be parts of ourselves we are embarrassed about, or ashamed of, but all these things are a part of us, and are welcomed here.
I am a London-based psychotherapist and counsellor, and in my practice I work with you to understand what might be happening for you internally, what might be keeping you stuck, and how we can move towards making the changes that matter most to you.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to go through it alone.
ADHD and Neurodivergence
I have a particular interest in working with those with neurodivergence, particularly ADHD and late-diagnosed ADHD, and their loved ones. Learning you are neurodivergent, particularly in adulthood, can bring many questions and emotions to the surface.
Together, we can begin to process what you are experiencing, safe from judgement and criticism. You may feel relief that you finally have an answer, or rage that this was never addressed before. You might be grieving for the life you might have had if you’d received the support you needed, or known what you know now. We can work through these feelings together.
Creative and Corporate Sectors
My previous work experience also includes work within the creative and corporate sectors, which has helped me understand the pressures these careers can bring. We might find ourselves struggling to cope, and feel shame for not being able to just deal with it. Therapy can be a space to process these thoughts and feelings away from the stresses work can bring, and move towards a way of living that does not sacrifice your health and relationships.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an integrative psychotherapist and am trained in psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT modalities. I support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, family issues, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, autism and emotional abuse, among other challenges. I have particular interest and experience in working with the ADHD population, especially those diagnosed in adulthood.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
