About me

Welcome to my practice! I’m Bethan Thomas, a dedicated professional therapist and hypnotherapist committed to guiding individuals and businesses towards holistic well-being through counselling and mindful services. At the heart of my practice is the belief that each person is inherently unique, and therefore, I embrace a Pluralistic approach to therapy. Recognising that one size does not fit all, I partner with you on your journey, trusting in your innate capacity to discover solutions to your challenges. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Collaboration lies at the core of our therapeutic alliance.

Together, we cultivate resilience and deepen self-awareness, fostering a path towards growth and healing. With experience spanning areas such as abuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, motivation, stress, and relationships, I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs, ensuring our work together is truly impactful and personalised. Our time together is dedicated to your well-being. In our initial session, we'll embark on a journey of discovery, clarifying your goals and laying the groundwork for our therapeutic exploration. I work face to face in Stockton and online. I have a practice in Billingham and on Yarm High Street. If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, I invite you to reach out. Your well-being is my priority and I look forward to accompanying you on your path towards a more fulfilling life.
