About me
Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a safe space to reflect, I aim to work with you at your own pace, supporting you to make sense of your experiences and move towards a more fulfilling and connected way of living.
I’m a Counselling Psychologist offering a warm, compassionate, and confidential space to explore whatever may be troubling you. I work integratively, drawing on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centred Therapy to support your individual needs.
I have experience working with a broad range of psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma (including complex PTSD), relational issues, personality-related challenges, and emotional dysregulation. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that a trusting therapeutic relationship can support meaningful and lasting change.
Alongside my private work, I hold a senior role within the NHS as a Lead Psychologist in a Community Learning Disability Team, and have previously worked in secure settings with individuals with complex needs, including forensic histories and neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and intellectual disabilities. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, and offer therapy in English, Turkish, and Albanian.
If you would like to arrange an initial consultation, or speak briefly beforehand to see if we might be a good fit, I would be very happy to hear from you.
