About me
I am an intergrative Counsellor with 23 year background in frontline Emergency Services, developing my skills to work in Psychotherapy. Seeking help when struggling with how you feel is a strength, not a weakness. Issues with anxiety, low mood, suicidal ideation, grief, anger or addiction can severely impact our daily lives. By providing a safe, confidential and non judgmental space to work through your thoughts and feelings we can create ways to move forward.
In person sessions in central Guildford. Online sessions and home visits also available.

Extensive experience dealing in PTSD, Grief, Trauma. Also issues directly affecting men.
Accredited member of The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society. Enhanced DBS.
