About me
How Counselling Can Help
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? Counselling offers a supportive space to explore what’s going on for you and begin to make meaningful changes.
I can help you:
Explore difficult thoughts, feelings, and life experiences
Gain clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself
Set realistic, achievable goals
Develop practical strategies for coping and personal growth
Improve your overall emotional well-being
I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental environment where you can talk openly at your own pace. I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and ages, and I am committed to offering an inclusive and respectful space for everyone.
How Sessions Work
Initial Call
I offer a free, no-obligation 15-minute introductory call. This is a relaxed opportunity for you to ask questions, talk a little about what you’re looking for, and see whether counselling feels like the right step for you.
Sessions
Each session lasts 50 minutes
Available face-to-face, online, or by phone
Sessions can be weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs
Flexible booking options, including individual sessions or subscription packages
We will discuss what feels right for you during the initial call and tailor the approach to suit your preferences.
My Approach
I offer open-ended counselling, meaning we work together for as long as you feel it is helpful and beneficial. There is no fixed timeline - this is your space, and your pace.
Together, we will gently explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you to gain insight, build resilience, and find the answers that feel right for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a compassionate and dedicated counsellor offering a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Through our work together, I help you build self-awareness, gain clarity, and better understand the challenges you’re facing—empowering you to make meaningful changes and feel more at ease within yourself.
I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, anger, phobias, and family or relationship difficulties.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
