About me
I’m an integrative therapist who specialises in supporting women through infertility, pregnancy loss, being childless not by choice, grief. termination, Gynaecological changes such as fibroid and endometriosis. And the many emotional challenges that can come with these experiences. These moments can touch every part of your life your identity, your relationships, and your hopes for the future, You deserve a space that is warm, non‑judgemental, and truly supportive. A space where your feelings are welcomed, understood, and held with care.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I bring 15 years of experience as an NHS nurse specialising in Gynaecology. This has given me a deep understanding of the emotional and physical impact of women’s health concerns — before, during, and after fertility treatment, as well as pregnancy loss, menopause, pelvic pain, unwanted pregnancy, and the quiet anxieties that often go unspoken. I understand how tender, complex, and deeply personal these experiences can be in a busy system.
Through a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship, we’ll gently explore what’s happening beneath the emotions you’re holding, build your self‑awareness, and support you in moving forward with clarity, resilience, confidence, and a renewed sense of yourself. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of this work, a safe, trusting space where your lived experience guides the pace and direction of our sessions. Through a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship, we’ll gently explore your thoughts and emotions and support you in moving forward with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of yourself.
My way of working is grounded in warmth and compassion, meeting you exactly where you are with understanding and gentleness because women’s health journeys are so deeply personal, I will work collaboratively with you to understand your point of view and to see the world from your point of view My integrative approach blends psychodynamic therapy (exploring how early experiences shape you), CBT (understanding how your thoughts, feelings, and actions influence one another), and person‑centred values, empathy, honesty, and a genuine respect for your unique journey.
In therapy, this can look like:
Making room for your emotions — grief, hope, frustration, guilt, longing, or anything else that shows up.
Exploring the mind–body connection — how fertility treatment, hormonal changes, pelvic pain, or medical procedures shape your emotional world.
Supporting your thoughts — using CBT to gently challenge intrusive thoughts, self‑blame, or unhelpful patterns.
Reconnecting with your identity — especially when life hasn’t unfolded the way you imagined.
Strengthening relationships — navigating communication, intimacy, and connection during difficult times.
I support adults (18+) through online (Zoom) counselling, If you feel ready to take the next step, I would be honoured to support you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
