About me

Hello, my name is Bea, and I specialise in online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling and play therapy for adults and young people. I’m here to provide you with my support.
I create a warm, genuine, and confidential therapeutic space where we can embark on a compassionate and curious journey aimed at coping, growth, and transformation that aligns with your personal therapy goals.
With experience in delivering therapeutic interventions in both public and private settings, I am a collaborative therapist dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for you.
I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including adults, young people, and children, adapting my approaches as needed. Additionally, I coordinate a local youth group and work as a counsellor at two local high schools. My previous work includes providing therapeutic support at the local Rape Crisis Centre.
While Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is my core training, I also incorporate play therapy and mindfulness techniques when appropriate.
