About me
Starting psychological therapy is a daunting process which takes a lot of courage. It may be difficult to know what you are looking for and this is something I can help you navigate. I am a registered Counselling Psychologist, with over 12 years of experience of working in the mental health sector. I have worked in range of services and with a diverse range of people. I work with people who may experience a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, relational and personality difficulties, to name a few. I also specialise in working with people who have experienced trauma or difficult experiences in their life.
I will offer you a non judgemental, compassionate and reflective space, to foster a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to share your experiences. This will enable you to think, explore and process about yourself and your difficulties in a new way.
Training, qualifications & experience
I practice a range of psychological therapies, such as EMDR therapy, psychodynamic therapy, to name a few. I am able to creatively tailor the therapy to meet your individual needs, such as offering a structured or an unstructured space to explore your difficulties. If you would like to work together, please feel free to get in touch and email me.
