About me

Face-to-face, online and telephone counselling available.

Life transitions can feel overwhelming. You may be navigating relationship changes, family pressures, career uncertainty, or simply feeling stuck. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, explore your thoughts and feelings, and move forward at your own pace.

I am a person-centred counsellor and registered BACP member. I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, domestic abuse, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. My experience includes working in private practice, as well as volunteering as a counsellor at a domestic abuse service, the University of Salford, and Age UK, supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.

Alongside one-to-one counselling, I have completed additional training in creativity and offer creative wellbeing workshops designed to encourage self-expression, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth.

I offer face-to-face, online and telephone counselling, with a limited number of reduced-fee sessions available, including £20 sessions for students and adults on a low income. If you’re looking for a supportive, down-to-earth and genuinely human therapeutic relationship, I’d be delighted to hear from you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I have experience working in private practice and within a domestic violence support service, supporting adults with a range of emotional and personal challenges. Alongside my counselling training, I have completed additional creativity courses and offer creative wellbeing workshops to promote emotional wellbeing. I work ethically, undertake regular CPD, and receive ongoing clinical supervision to provide safe, effective support.
