About me
Hi, I’m Auberon.
I offer a calm, confidential and thoughtful therapy space where you can speak openly about whatever is troubling you, reflect on what is happening, and explore things at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with adults seeking support with a wide range of difficulties and life experiences.
My approach is integrative, grounded in person-centred therapy and informed by psychodynamic thinking and transactional analysis. I work in a way that is shaped around you as an individual, your needs, and your pace.
I aim to offer a space that is inclusive of different ways of experiencing and processing the world, where you can feel met as you are.
I offer sessions in Huntingdon and Peterborough, and online for clients across the UK.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to discuss working together.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
I offer a calm, reflective space for those who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating. I am particularly interested in relational dynamics, identity, and how past experiences can shape present-day thoughts and feelings. I also work with individuals who feel they experience or process the world differently, and aim to provide a thoughtful, non-judgemental space where you can explore things at your own pace.

Further information
Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held on a weekly basis, as this allows the work to develop with continuity and depth.
I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, depending on what feels appropriate for you. Some clients come with a specific issue they would like to focus on, while others use the space more openly to explore patterns, relationships or a general sense of feeling stuck.
My approach is steady and collaborative. There is no expectation to share more than you feel comfortable with, and we can work at a pace that feels manageable.
Sessions take place in a private and comfortable setting in Huntingdon, or online via secure video for those who prefer the flexibility of working remotely.
If you are considering therapy but feel unsure, that is entirely natural. The initial conversation is simply an opportunity to ask questions and see how it feels to talk together.
