About me

Hello and welcome.   My name is Ash, and I'm a fully qualified and experienced pluralistic counsellor who would like to offer you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for personal reflection and exploration.

Counselling offers you a place where you can safely talk, feel and think about any of the challenges you might be facing in life - past or present.   I provide warmth, understanding and compassion towards my clients and the problems they bring with them.

We can work together for either short or longer term work, and you are able to choose from a range of different session types - face-to-face, online video or telephone - or perhaps a mixture of these, whichever is most comfortable and convenient for you.

If you have any questions about counselling or how we can work together, please do get in touch.

I am a registered and accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapist Society (NCPS).
