About me
Hello and welcome. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s natural to feel unsure at first. You might be feeling low, questioning things in your life, or carrying something difficult on your own. I offer a space where you can slow down, speak openly, and explore what’s going on beneath the surface at your own pace. Whatever brings you here, we can take the time to understand it together and find a way forward that feels more grounded and meaningful.
I am a qualified therapist and coach.
What I Can Help With
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, grief and loss, low self-esteem, overwhelm, domestic issues, anger, relationship and family issues, low mood, burnout, and more. Whatever you choose to bring to the session, I am open to working through it with you - nothing is too big or too small for us to navigate together.
I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, offering an understanding and validating space for neurodivergent individuals. I have personal life experience of ADHD and hypersensitivity.
My Approach
As an integrative therapist, I believe that therapy should be tailored to your unique needs. At the heart of my work is a person-centred approach, offering a warm, collaborative space where you can feel genuinely heard and understood. I also draw from other approaches, including mindfulness to support presence and emotional balance, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore the deeper roots underlying your thoughts and behaviours.
I also use Matrix Reimprinting; an innovative approach to processing the difficult or traumatic memories which may lie at the root of our present day issues.
I can integrate coaching into our sessions, which can help you get clearer on what you want, and move forwards towards creating the life that you desire.
My aim is to create a down-to-earth, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and move towards a greater sense of wholeness. I understand how heavy it can feel to be pulled back into the past or caught up in worries about what lies ahead. In our work together, we can slow things down and explore what helps you feel more present, steadier within yourself, and more able to move through life with a sense of direction.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Therapy sessions generally take place on the same day and time each week and last 50 minutes. I typically provide open-ended therapy, but it is possible to work in a more focused way with a shorter block of sessions.
I work with adults over the age of 18.
