My name is Anthony Davids and I am a UKCP registered Core Process psychotherapist.
Core Process psychotherapy is a integrative therapy informed by psychodynamic and psychoanalytical therapy and grounded in Buddhist psychology and mindfulness practice that helps you to understand your thoughts and feelings. It is in understanding your thoughts and feelings or 'how and why you experience what you experience' that enables change to happen and to allow for a greater sense of wellbeing, contentment and happiness.
As an experienced psychotherapist, I can offer you the support you may need to explore any difficulties you have so that you can reconnect to the freedom, joy and happiness which is at the heart of your being.
For further information please refer to my website www.beingtobeing.co.uk or contact me; e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 079 8029 2913 where you can leave a message either verbal or text and I will get back to you.
If you would prefer to see a female therapist my Colleague Nina Stubbs is also available to see clients in my London therapy. Her email address is email@example.com .
I/we very much look forward to hearing from you.
