Anthony Davids MA, MA, ACPP, UKCP (reg)
My name is Anthony Davids and I am a UKCP registered Core Process Psychotherapist.
Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP) is a integrative therapy informed by psychodynamic and psychoanalytical principles and grounded in Buddhist psychology and mindfulness practice. CPP helps you to understand your thoughts and feelings and explore 'how and why you experience what you experience'. This exploration can enable change to happen and to allow for a greater sense of wellbeing, contentment and happiness.
As an experienced psychotherapist, I can offer you the support you may need to explore any difficulties you have so that you can reconnect to the inherent freedom, joy and happiness which is at the heart of your Being.
For further information please refer to my website www.beingtobeing.co.uk or contact me; e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 079 8029 2913 where you can leave a message either verbal or text and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
If you would prefer to see a female therapist my Colleague Nina Stubbs is also available to see clients in my London therapy. Her email address is email@example.com .
I very much look forward to hearing from you.
