I am an experienced professionally trained psychotherapist. As a Registered Accredited Member of BACP I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to individual adults and couples. My private clinical practice is a safe and confidential environment. I also offer supervision and therapy to experienced and trainee therapists and online counselling.
I am experienced in working with issues such as depression, stress, general anxiety disorder (GAD), relationship issues, loss, bereavement, PTSD, C-PTSD, trauma and panic attacks which are ever on the increase in todays modern society.
