Anne Moore FdBSc MBACP
My name is Anne, I am a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor. I specialise in couple counselling and working with individuals experiencing relationship difficulties. I have worked in the voluntary sector for almost 20 years. I have had the opportunity of working with people to help improve their lives through therapy. I am a trained relationship counsellor, bereavement counsellor and trained in crisis management and intervention. I have a wide range of experience in working with grief and bereavement, relationship difficulties, affairs, betrayal, separation, divorce, domestic violence, anger issues, low self esteem, anxiety and depression.
“No man is an island”. (John Donne)
Relationships touch every area of our lives. Whether it’s our intimate relationship with our life partner or relationships with children, family, friends or colleagues, they can enrich or negatively affect our life. I aim to help examine important relationships and learn skills to manage these, and of course to look at the most important relationship of all, the one we have with ourselves.
If you feel that counselling is for you please get in touch to arrange an assessment. Investing in your emotional and mental wellbeing will be something that you will not regret.
