Anna Woodward MBACP. Registered Counsellor
I believe in working with your individual needs. Please call me for a free, no obligation chat so I can answer any questions you may have. I fully appreciate how anxiety- provoking it can be talking to a stranger and the prospect of coming to counselling for the first time. I hope you will find me down to earth, relaxed and friendly. I work with young adults and adults who have difficulties in relationships or recently experienced loss in life. Maybe you are over thinking, or worrying and feeling low for no reason? We can talk about what you are experiencing and how you would like life to be happier and more balanced. Counselling can give you a clearer frame of mind, a more positive outlook on life and better communication with others, allowing you to cope and feel more in control of your situation.
I have a down to earth and kind approach with an emphasis on building a non judgemental and trusting relationship with you. I offer a warm and caring space for you to feel heard and supported.
In response to the Covid 19 situation I am able to offer online or phone counselling. If you want to find out more or have some questions call 07425 051459 for a free, no obligation chat, where we can discuss your needs. You can also contact me via my website, counsellingwithanna.co.uk or drop me an email to email@example.com
I am passionate about the positive changes that Counselling can bring to a person's wellbeing and lifestyle. Having the opportunity to be heard without judgement allows you to feel less alone with your own problems and see your thoughts from a different perspective. Wouldn't it be great to spend time on yourself, feel more in control and improve your quality of life?
What can you expect?
An opportunity to spend some time exploring how you are feeling. If you are tired of pretending everything is ok and you want your life to change, then it helps to talk about the things that are bothering you the most. The outcomes could be a clearer frame of mind, a more positive outlook on life and better communication with others allowing you to cope more with life. We can agree together the best approach for you.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
