Anna Woodward MBACP. Registered Counsellor
Thanks for taking the time to visit my page. I am passionate about the positive changes that Counselling can bring to a person's wellbeing and lifestyle. Having the opportunity to be heard without judgement allows you to feel less alone with your own problems and see your thoughts from a different perspective. Wouldn't it be great to spend time on yourself, feel more in control and improve your quality of life? Counselling can help. I work with adults and young people.
I have a down to earth and kind approach with an emphasis on building a non judgemental and trusting relationship with you. I am not here to tell you what to do, but offer a warm and caring space for you to feel heard and supported. Only you know how you feel in any given situation, so I put you at the heart of everything we do together.
What can you expect?
An opportunity to spend some time exploring how you are feeling. If you are tired of pretending everything is ok and you want to sort things out, then it helps to talk about the things that are bothering you the most.
I offer short to medium to long term counselling depending on what your needs are. I work with a wide range of approaches, including using creative therapeutic tools to explore what is going on for you.
If you want to find out more please visit my website, counsellingwithanna.co.uk or give me a call on 07425 051459 or drop me an email
I will respond to your message within 24 hours. We can then have a chat about your needs and arrange for you to come and have an assessment. This is an opportunity for you to tell me about yourself and why you would like to come for counselling. We can agree the best approach for you and if you then want to make a commitment we can arrange a time and day that works.
