About me
At times in life we can feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. You might be experiencing anxiety or struggling with major life changes, or simply feeling that something in life isn’t quite right. Is overthinking, loneliness, low self-esteem or relationship difficulties or family problems making everyday life feel harder than it should?
Perhaps you're constantly worrying, feeling stuck, struggling with confidence, or finding it difficult to cope with life's challenges. You may feel exhausted from carrying everything on your own, yet unsure who you can talk to without feeling judged.
Talking to friends or family isn’t always easy, and sometimes it helps to have a calm, confidential space where you can speak openly without feeling judged.
I offer a warm and supportive environment where we can explore whatever you are facing, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My aim is to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions and patterns, so that you can begin to make sense of what is happening in your life and find your own way forward.
I work in an integrative way, drawing on person-centred therapy, Gestalt therapy and existential philosophy. This means our work together is guided by what feels most helpful for you as an individual, rather than following a rigid method.
People often come to counselling during periods of change, uncertainty or emotional difficulty. Having a space to talk can bring clarity, relief and a deeper understanding of yourself.
I'm Anna-Marie Clarke, a qualified integrative counsellor and registered member of the BACP. I provide online counselling for adults across Pembrokeshire, Cardiganshire & Carmarthenshire, offering a warm, confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly about whatever is troubling you.
Sessions are available online, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
