MBACP, Gestalt Psychotherapist & Therapeutic Mindset Coach

About me

You might look like you’re doing fine — you keep things together, show up for others, and push through. But inside, something feels off. Maybe you feel stuck, restless, or disconnected from yourself, unsure what’s next or why you can’t quite feel at ease. Therapy with me is a space to slow down and reconnect with what’s really going on beneath the surface. We’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and the way your body holds tension and patterns from the past — not to stay there, but to help you release what no longer serves you and create space for something new.

I believe therapy doesn’t have to be painful. Most of my clients have tried therapy before, only to find it didn’t bring the change they hoped for. That’s because real healing doesn’t come from talking alone — it comes from integrating understanding, emotions, and the body. Only then can you experience deep, lasting change, feel whole again, stop suffering, and build resilience.

I work in an integrative, Gestalt-informed way, which focuses on the here and now rather than digging over old wounds. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story, notice how patterns show up in your body and emotions, and create new ways of being that truly work for you.

My approach

I believe healing doesn’t always have to be difficult. My goal is to make this often challenging journey as gentle and effective as possible, using the tools and methods that work best for you. Therapy with me goes beyond talking — we may use metaphors, drawings, movement, shifting perspectives, or any approach that helps you access understanding and relief in the easiest, most meaningful way.

I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw from a variety of modalities to tailor each session to your unique needs. As a Gestalt therapist, I focus on the here and now, helping you notice how your emotions, thoughts, and body interact in real time. This approach is particularly helpful for people who have experienced trauma, as it supports integration of mind and body, not just discussion of the past.

Therapy is also about dialogue. I’m not here to tell you what’s right or wrong, healthy or unhealthy. My role is to guide you in making sense of your experiences, uncovering patterns, and discovering your own answers. Together, we’ll find the paths that allow you to feel whole, resilient, and more connected to yourself.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, providing sessions online and face-to-face in London and Guilford, to ensure flexibility and convenience for my clients.

Diversity and Inclusion

Inclusion is a core value of my practice. I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQIA+ community, transgender individuals, people from different cultures and religions, and those with neurodiversity. I strive to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your true self without fear or hesitation.

Something about me:

My path to therapy and coaching has been long and winding. With an engineering background, I developed a passion for science and research, which taught me to see life as a dynamic, interconnected system — where our thoughts, emotions, and actions influence each other in profound ways.

Having lived in several countries, I’m fascinated by cultural differences and how they shape our experiences, perspectives, and ways of coping. This curiosity informs my work with clients from diverse backgrounds and allows me to meet each person where they are.

I also work as a coach, supporting business owners, freelancers, and high-achieving professionals to overcome psychological challenges, unlock their potential, and achieve their goals. My focus is on helping you understand yourself better, release unhelpful patterns, and cultivate the mindset, resilience, and clarity to thrive both personally and professionally.

Beyond my professional life, I have a deep love for science, nature, and art, which inspire and ground me.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey toward greater clarity, confidence, and fulfillment.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a strong background in mental health and well-being, I have gained extensive experience working across various sectors, each enhancing my ability to support individuals on their mental health journeys. I have completed over 500 hours working in mental health units both in the UK and abroad, helping people with a wide range of mental health conditions.

My approach is holistic, blending relational therapy with body awareness and movement techniques to provide a more integrated therapeutic experience. I have also gained valuable experience working with various charities and in talking therapies.

In addition to my counselling practice, I work as a coach at the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs, where we empower women business owners to grow and elevate their businesses by helping them strategise and overcome mental and emotional barriers.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
