About me
Are you struggling with emotional difficulties, relationship problems, anxiety, stress, or burnout? Do you feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed by life’s challenges? Or perhaps you’ve experienced something difficult and are ready to move forward.
If these problems resonate with you, I offer a unique approach that will help you overcome the mental barriers keeping you from moving forward.
How do I work
Therapy is not just talking.
At least the one I offer. We will work with your emotions, your body symptoms, movements, dreams and your thought to enhance your self-awareness.
Why self-awareness?
Because self-awareness is key to creating the life you want. My goal is to equip you with the tools and insights you need to navigate life’s challenges on your own.
Our behaviours often adapt to life’s difficulties, and as circumstances evolve, so must we.
During our sessions, we will:
- Explore where your symptoms come from and what role they play.
- Name the emotions you're feeling and help you express them.
- Examine how your body reacts to different situations and how this shapes your behaviour patterns.
- Connect with your needs and desires, and identify where your boundaries are.
My role is to help you identify these patterns, understand how they were created, recognize what triggers them, and discover new ways to embrace your authentic self.
My approach
In my practice, I tailor processes to fit your unique needs and possibilities. I offer both long-term and short-term therapy (ranging from 6 to 12 sessions), available face-to-face in London or online. I am also open to telephone therapy and walking therapy.
In my work, I create a unique blend of integrative psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy, psychoeducation, and coaching. This process helps you understand how your past influences your present and how to overcome those influences to achieve the future you want.
Something about me:
My path to therapy has been long and winding. With an engineering background, I developed a passion for science and research, which has allowed me to see life as a dynamic, interconnected system in which we all depend.
Having lived in several countries, I’m fascinated by cultural differences and the ways they shape our experiences.
I have a deep love for science, nature and art, which inspire and ground me.
I'm looking forward to meeting you.
Training, qualifications & experience
With a strong background in mental health and well-being, I have gained valuable experience working across different sectors, each contributing to my expertise in supporting individuals on their mental health journeys.
I have over 500 hours working in Mental health unites in UK and abroad.
I have counselled for the Awareness Center for Sutton Talking Therapies and Lambeth Talking Therapies.
I also volunteered with the Pro-Civium Foundation, working with people at risk of exclusion.
In addition to my counselling practice, I am coach and work at the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs, where we support women business owners in levelling up their businesses by helping them strategize and overcome mental barriers.
I also conduct online groups for people living outside their home countries and for individuals with neurodiversity. I am passionate about psychoeducation and lead workshops on topics such as emotional intelligence, emotions, well-being, and resilience.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
The European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAGT) was founded in 1985, with the aim of fostering a high professional standard for Gestalt therapy and encouraging research. Today over 1000 members (institutional and individual) from more than 20 European Nations are already part of the association. Ordinary Members must have either trained at an EAGT Accredited Training school or completed a training programme comprising at least 1450 hours. Members of this body must adhere to their Code of Ethics, and there is a complaints process to allow members of the public to bring concerns to the body's attention.
