Well done you for reaching out and thank you for choosing to read my profile. I have worked as an Integrative Counsellor for 16yrs, which means I use a variety of counselling theories and interventions to tailor sessions to meet your needs.
The approach I use blends my personal experience, professional experience, alongside my holistic approach. I will provide you with a relaxed, welcoming, safe, non-judgmental environment for both of us to work collaboratively to explore whatever issue/s are most pressing for you.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes each and once a week, appointments are required to be booked in advance.
Sessions can be face-to-face, over the telephone or via Zoom
Discounted rate of £35 for students seeking personal therapy as part of their course requirements, also if unemployed.
