About me

Do you ever feel anxious or overwhelmed, even when you’re trying your best to keep everything together?
Do your thoughts race or spiral, leaving you feeling on edge or exhausted?
Perhaps you find yourself doubting your worth, putting others first, or feeling unsure about your direction or purpose.

Counselling offers a space to pause, breathe, and gently reconnect with yourself.

I work with anxiety, low mood, and self-esteem. If your mind feels constantly busy with worry or overthinking, we can explore ways to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control. If you’re feeling drained or disconnected, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can talk openly and begin to rediscover a sense of meaning and hope.

Low self-esteem can show up as self-doubt, people-pleasing, or difficulty expressing your needs, and it can affect how you experience your relationships. Together, we can work towards building a more secure, compassionate relationship with yourself.

I also work with couples who may be feeling disconnected or caught in repeating patterns. I aim to create a space where both of you feel heard and understood, supporting you to improve communication and find new ways of relating.

If you’re questioning your direction or searching for a greater sense of purpose, therapy can offer the time and space to explore what feels meaningful and true for you.

I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you are very welcome based at my counselling room in Stourport on Severn. You don’t have to face things alone — I’m here to walk alongside you.

Further information

When you're going through a tough time or feeling stuck, it can be hard to know exactly what kind of support you need. Sometimes, you just want someone to really listen - someone who gets it. Other times, you want help to understand what’s next and how to move forward. That’s why I blend counselling and coaching in the way I work.

Counselling gives you space to slow down, reflect, and explore what's going on beneath the surface. It’s a gentle, supportive process that can help you make sense of emotions, past experiences, and patterns that might be holding you back.

Coaching, on the other hand, is more forward-focused. It’s about setting goals, building confidence, and taking meaningful steps toward the life you want to create. Coaching can help you find direction and stay motivated when you’re ready for change.

By bringing the two together, we can work in a way that’s flexible and personalised. Some days, you might just need to talk and be heard. Other days, you might be ready to roll up your sleeves and take action. This blended approach means we can do both - healing where it’s needed, and growing where you’re ready.
