About me
Hello and thank you for reading my profile. I work with adults coming to terms with life events. By life events, I mean times where something happens that shifts our way of living or questions our sense of self. You may be feeling one or more of curious, lost, overwhelmed, confused, and stuck. Examples changes might be:
- Receiving a life changing medical diagnosis
- Getting married
- Being divorced
- Children leaving home
- Retiring
- A loved one dying
- A family member received an autism / ADHD diagnosis
Whilst tough, life events present an opportunity to make profound changes in your life and that is what I will support you with. Whilst I am happy to work with most people, I have special interests in working with:
- people that suspect or discover their neurodiversity later in life
- people that have chronic health conditions
- male identity
I will provide a confidential, safe and stretching space where we can explore your life, gain insights, develop coping strategies and support your development.
Life is a journey of experiences around which we build a life-story. That story is often negative and critical. Join me if you want to change that. We will focus on the here-and-now and at times consider your history and cultural contexts.
You have already shown courage to get this far. Connect with me to take the next step.
