About me
Hello there, thank you for viewing my profile. I’m Andrew, owner and founder of Prosperity Psychotherapy. I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with experience working with a wide range of mental health disorders and conditions, with anxiety disorders and low self-esteem treatment as my specialities.
Therapy can be a life changing experience, and whilst it can be daunting to reach out for help my aim is to provide you with a safe, supportive environment where we can establish a positive and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Within my practice I bring a breadth of knowledge and expertise to the therapeutic environment, from both a professional background and my own personal experiences. These proficiencies and my extensive training have provided me with a unique insight which I hope to utilise in developing your wellbeing and achieving your goals, through understanding and a non-judgemental and empathetic approach.
Through working together, we can establish what you’d like from our time together as well as work towards short term or long term goals, with potential gains of: an increased ability to manage challenging thoughts and feelings, finding new insights into yourself and your experiences, developing a greater sense of self-worth, and improving your quality of life and wellbeing.
Therapy with me can help you learn new skills to manage any challenges you face as well as develop your abilities to overcome further difficulties.
Further information about myself and my practice is available on my website. Please get in touch if you feel my approach is what you are looking for, or if you have any questions.
