About me

Hi I'm Andrea, a counsellor who believes that everyone deserves to be truly heard and seen, without needing to leave parts of themselves behind. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I work integratively, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, ACT, and transactional analysis models to support each client in a way that fits who they are and what they need. Whether you're navigating a life transition, struggling in relationships, questioning aspects of your identity, or carrying emotions that feel too heavy to manage alone, I offer a space where you can bring your full self, without judgement or pressure.

I support individuals and couples navigating relationships, emotional overwhelm, the experience of feeling “othered” or outside the norm and life transitions. My approach non judgemental collaborative and attuned to culture and difference. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and work toward meaningful change, at your pace, in your own way.

Whatever you're carrying, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy can be a space to breathe, reflect, and be truly heard. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something to shift, I’m here to listen and work with you at your pace. You're welcome just as you are. Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
