About me
Life can bring many challenges and living with purpose and passion may feel a long way off. Sharing your thoughts and difficulties builds resilience and connects to your strengths.
I provide a compassionate, person-centred counselling and as an integrative counsellor, I use a variety of therapeutic skills to find the best approach for you.
I have plenty of life experience working in front line roles in the army, police and ambulance service and have dealt with trauma, chronic health conditions and a huge range of life changing events.
It takes courage to decide you want you want to change patterns of behaviour and thoughts that keep us anxious and unfulfilled.
I provide a safe, confidential space for you to connect with someone who really cares.
If you believe I might be the right counsellor for you contact me for a free 15 min telephone consultation.
