About me

I offer integrative, relational psychotherapy for adults who want to explore themselves, and how past experiences may be shaping the present and ways forward without startegies that have outlived their usefulness.

You might be coming to therapy feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of who you are. Perhaps you’re repeating patterns in relationships, struggling with self-worth, or carrying emotional weight that’s hard to name. Therapy can be a space to reflect on these experiences in depth.

My way of working is rooted in psychodynamic and existential perspectives, but I don’t follow a set model. I pay close attention to your emotional life, your history, and the relationship that forms between us. I work best with people who are curious, even if uncertain, and open to engaging with the process over time.

Some issues I have extensive experience of working with:

  • anxiety or emotional confusion
  • shame, anger, or internal conflict
  • attachment difficulties or early relational trauma
  • a sense of emptiness, numbness or disconnection
  • identity issues or life transitions
  • a desire to explore things more deeply

Therapy doesn’t always begin with clarity. We begin with whatever you bring, and stay with it until something new emerges.

Sessions are available in-person (Deptford or Greenwich) and online across the UK.

I also offer clinical supervision to practitioners who want to reflect deeply on their work in a steady and collaborative space. I offer a space where the clinical, emotional, and relational aspects of your work can be thought about in depth. I welcome both experienced practitioners and those in training who value a reflective, process-oriented approach.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
