About me
Hello, I’m Amee, an accredited counsellor dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable and trusting environment. I help people manage and overcome thoughts and emotions related to anxiety, depression, grief, childhood trauma, illness, relationship problems, family issues and low self esteem.
With a passion for supporting both adults and couples, I employ a range of therapeutic approaches. My goal is to empower and provide the tools that resolve problems and create the desired changes.
As well as being in a private practice, I also provide counselling services at a charitable organisation that offers therapy in a nature-based setting.
I currently provide online and telephone counselling for adults and couples. Please contact me if you would like to arrange a session. I believe it is imperative that people find the right counsellor for them. I can provide a free 20 minutes zoom session or free telephone session.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
