About me
Hello, I’m Amee, an accredited councillor dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable and trusting environment. I help people manage and overcome difficult feelings and emotions related to anxiety, depression, grief, childhood trauma, illness, relationship problems, family issues, low self-esteem and relationships.
With a passion for supporting both adults, couples and young people, I employ a range of therapeutic approaches. My goal is to empower and provide the tools that resolve problems and create the desired changes.
As well as being in a private practice, I also provide counselling services at a charitable organisation that offers therapy in a nature-based setting.
I currently provide online and telephone counselling for adults, couples and families. Please contact me if you would like to arrange a session. I believe it is imperative that people find the right counsellor for them. I can provide a free 20 minutes zoom session or free telephone session.
