About me
Having personally experienced domestic abuse, I had very low self-esteem and didn't trust myself. Counselling really helped me to find out who I was and I want to offer you a safe, non-judgmental space for you to find out who you are too. I will partner with you on your journey of healing, self-awareness and improved confidence. I offer telephone, online and in person sessions for short or long-term counselling for adults. I have experience of working with a diverse client group but have most experience with bereavement, relationship issues, trauma and abuse of all kinds.
I offer a free initial telephone call so you can decide if you would like to work together.
