About me

Hi I’m Alli. I can help you to work through whatever it is you are struggling with... panic, low self esteem, wondering who you are, overwhelm, life choices, identity.... I'm a realist, life is tough at times, but I also look at the positives. I wont try and make you see everything in a fluffy positive light, i'll meet you where you are at and see where our counselling relationship takes us! I know how hard it is to take the first step on your counselling journey, just reading this is that first step, so well done you! Why not give me a shout and we can have a chat and see where that leads..... Hope to meet you very soon.

Training, qualifications & experience

I work with neurodivergent people, and have worked as a specialist TA in that area for over ten years. I see people from 12+, and am very accustomed to working with teens. I can help with self esteem issues, identity, LGBTQ+, boundaries and self advocacy. I also work with parenting issues and family dynamics.

I have been practising for a little over two years as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, but have been practising as a hypnotherapist and emotional freedom techniques practitioner since 2020.

I have 20+ years as a physical therapist and Yoga teacher, which enables me to bring mindfulness and somatic techniques into our sessions. When talking is too much, or not enough, we can look to your body to show the way.
