MNCPS(ACC) PGDip Counselling Psychotherapy Couple/individual

About me

I am a compassionate couples counsellor specialising in relationship repair, communication skills, and emotional reconnection. I help partners navigate conflict, rebuild trust after betrayal, strengthen intimacy, and break negative cycles. Using practical, skills-based tools, I support couples facing infidelity, parenting stress, life transitions, and recurring arguments. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, creating a safe space for vulnerability, clarity, and lasting change. Together I will support you to find a deeper understanding and resilient connected partnerships.
I specialise in supporting couples with communication breakdown, infidelity, trust repair, intimacy, parenting, blended family stress and conflict resolution. I help partners break negative cycles, rebuild connection and develop healthier patterns
I work with clients in the long term and short term both face to face and remotely, offering a safe non-judgemental space that is grounded in openness and warmth so together we can explore what issues are arising for you at present and how your past experiences have impacted and influenced how you are now
