About me
When we are trying to make sense of our situation or understand ourselves, we may feel we need someone to hear us. I work with issues of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low self confidence, life changes, couples, relational issues (work, personal and family) attachment and transitions. We are all part of an interconnected world influenced by and influencing our relationships and situations. For this reason, I give attention to what is happening for you now, your personal history, life situation and narrative.
Based in the city centre of Edinburgh and East Lothian I offer a safe non-judgemental space that is grounded in openness warmth and compassion. Within this space, together we can explore what issues are arising for you at present and how your past experiences have impacted and influenced how you are now. I offer a free initial session to explore what brings you to counselling and how we might work together.
