About me
You might be managing work, family, and everyday life, while inside feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stretched, or no longer quite like yourself.
This can be especially true during times of change - such as becoming a parent or returning to work, losing a loved one, or experiencing relationship strains or family difficulties. You may feel irritable, stuck, emotionally drained, or unsure why things feel harder than they should.
How I can support you:
- Anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, loss of direction
- Life transitions, career changes or shifts in identity
- Pregnancy and the perinatal period
- Relationship strains or family difficulties
- Grief, loss and emotional overwhelm
Together, we can begin to make sense of what’s going on for you, helping you feel more understood and more able to move forward.
My Approach
My work is shaped by my experience in supporting parents as they navigate the emotional realities of parenthood. I understand how pregnancy, early parenting, and family life can bring changes in identity, relationships, and emotional wellbeing, and how difficult these experiences can be to talk about openly.
Additionally, I have a depth of experience working with young people and adults facing anxiety, overwhelm, identity questions, relationship difficulties, and periods of change.
Through a psychodynamic approach, we gently explore your current experiences, whilst looking at the deeper patterns that may help you make sense of your experiences. This can bring greater understanding, enabling self awareness and allowing space for meaningful change.
I am an MSc-qualified psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP, working in line with their ethical framework.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on your needs.
If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to get in touch for a free 15‑minute initial conversation.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Areas I specialise in:
Perinatal Emotional Wellbeing & Early Parenthood.
Pregnancy, birth and early parenthood can stir powerful emotions. I offer a steady, non‑judgemental space to explore the emotional realities of this period, whether you’re struggling quietly or feeling completely undone.
Anxiety, Low Mood & Emotional Overwhelm.
I support people who are managing daily life but feel anxious, low, stuck or internally pressured, helping them understand what sits beneath these feelings.
Loss, Grief & Life Transitions.
Grief and loss can take many forms - bereavement, miscarriage, relationship endings, identity changes, or the quiet sense that life has shifted in ways you don’t yet understand. I can offer a space to process these experiences and find steadiness again.
