Are you looking to make a positive change in your life? Are you wondering how to achieve this? Seeking a therapist who you are at ease with is the first positive step towards making this change.
With this in mind, I offer a first consultation without charge. I see this as an opportunity for us both to ask any questions which we may have and decide if we wish to progress further.
What I can offer to you is a confidential, safe space where you are able to explore your important issues, in your own way and at your own pace. Whatever the personal challenge you are facing, I will be here to listen to you.
A small selection of the issues, which I have worked successfully with:-
Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Isolation, Sadness
Sexual, Physical and Emotional Abuse,
Panic Disorder, Relationship and Family Issues.
I focus on understanding your life experiences from your own unique individual viewpoint. I will respect your choices and decisions and if it is important to you, then it is important to me too.
My aim, as a therapist, is to walk alongside you, as you develop your self-awareness and reconnect with your belief in yourself, discovering new positive ways of being ‘you’ and making choices in your life, which you are happy and comfortable with.
