About me
With over 20 years of experience as a professionally accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, I provide both in-person and online sessions to adult clients aimed at enhancing their emotional wellbeing and mental health. My face-to-face sessions are conducted in private and confidential therapy rooms located on Harley Street, in the heart of central London.
I have vast experience working with adults, both young and old, across a wide range of psychological difficulties, especially anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD challenges and low self-esteem.
You may be feeling trapped; as if there’s no way out of your current situation... Low mood, anxiety, stress and behavioural issues all come from feeling stuck and feelings of shame, guilt or avoidance get layered on top leading to a feeling of pressure.
I believe that therapy is about trusting someone to help you find a way out of your situation - I can help you do this.
I am an experienced, warm and approachable counsellor and can offer you a safe, confidential space where we can work together to explore your feelings. Please get in touch to discuss your situation further with a free consultation session.
With extensive training and experience in Humanistic therapeutic approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I employ these methods in combination to help clients overcome challenging past traumas and move forward in their lives.
Whether you're dealing with PTSD from a past trauma, struggling with anxiety or low mood, feeling disconnected from your sense of self, or facing the aftermath of a relationship breakdown, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and recovery.
We will collaborate and work together in a safe, non-judgmental, and professional environment to create lasting change, rather than simply placing a 'band-aid' on your current situation.
If you have any questions or would like to arrange an initial consultation, please get in touch. You can reach me via the email address or phone number provided on this website.
I look forward to being part of your journey and together you will achieve a more empowered and fulfilling life.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
During the initial assessment session you will have the opportunity to discuss your current situation, what you'd like to achieve and the goals for your therapeutic journey. This is also an opportunity for you to see how we can work effectively together and ask any questions about the therapeutic process. Sessions last between 50-60 minutes and there is no fixed amount of sessions, although most clients generally have a minimum of 6-8 sessions to help experience therapeutic change.
The session fees vary according to length and whether virtual or face-to-face. Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day.
I am a Registered Provider with WPA, AVIVA and Vitality.
