About me

I am an integrative psychotherapist offering a grounded, embodied, and practical approach to healing and personal growth. Drawing from diverse traditions - including existential, transpersonal, somatic, and Jungian psychology - I support individuals navigating life transitions, emotional distress, trauma, and a longing for deeper meaning and connection with the Self.

Clients often seek me out when they feel caught in recurring life patterns - such as addiction, co-dependency, perfectionism, depression, low self-esteem or the lingering effects of past trauma. They may feel overwhelmed by emotions, struggle in relationships, experience anxiety, panic, or a sense of disconnection. I work with individuals who live with the impacts of PTSD, dissociation, or ADHD and who have grown up with alcoholic or abusive caregivers, as well as partners of those struggling with addiction.

I work with people from all walks of life and a large proportion of my clients are creative, artistic individuals. In our work together, we explore unprocessed experiences, deep-seated emotional wounds and limiting beliefs/perceptions - creating space for greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

My approach is trauma-informed and I integrate a range of methods such as dreamwork, parts work, body awareness, guided visualization, Gestalt practices, and psychobiology. Each session is attuned to your unique needs, guided by curiosity, compassion, and the healing potential of a therapeutic relationship.

I see the therapeutic space as one where you can feel deeply seen, safely held, and supported to make meaningful changes. Together, we work toward wholeness - helping you reconnect with your inner resources and live with greater authenticity, depth, and aliveness.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
