About me
I am a BACP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist working with children, adolescents and adults. I support children and young people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional difficulties, school-related challenges, friendship difficulties, self-harm, OCD, trauma and attachment-related challenges. I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences safely and at their own pace.
My work is relational, child-centred and trauma-informed. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of meaningful change and healing. Drawing from psychodynamic, creative, cognitive-behavioural and somatic approaches, I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each individual.
I have experience working with children, young people and families in primary and secondary schools across London. Alongside talking therapy, I may also draw on creative and play-based approaches, helping children and young people express themselves in ways that feel natural and accessible. Where appropriate, I work collaboratively with parents to support the young person's therapeutic journey.
I also support adults experiencing co-dependency, developmental trauma and CPTSD, the effects of narcissistic abuse, and addiction and recovery. My approach integrates an understanding of how past experiences can shape present patterns, while supporting clients to build resilience, confidence and emotional wellbeing in the present. I believe that every person has an innate capacity for growth and healing, and that therapy can help create the conditions for this to unfold.
As a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher, I bring an awareness of the connection between mind and body, supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing.
I offer therapy in English, French and Italian, both in person and online, from counselling rooms in Chelsea and Belgravia. I also offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory consultation.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
