About me

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist with a neurodivergent affirming practice and experience in a wide range of issues involving neurodivergence, trauma, relationships, identity, anxiety, depression, sexuality, gender, race, self esteem and confidence to name a few.

I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist with a masters in Transactional Analysis alongside other training and experience. I can offer multiple routes to change for those wanting short term work as well as those who prefer to work over a longer period of time.

As an integrative therapist, I use different aspects of my training and experience to find the most effective way of working with you and what you want to achieve.

At the heart of my work, I am interested in working through whatever blocks you from a vital relationship with yourself and others. Therapy has been transformational for me so I am passionate about offering this potential for change to others by deepening connection to self.

My private practice is located at New Road Psychotherapy in Hove and I also offer online options.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
